Riders
In Japan there are gangs of youth known as the bousou zoku, which translates to the wild running tribe. They love riding around at night on extra loud motorcycles in large herds. Some of them are violent. Most of them are just doing things that youth do. Many grow out of it and become office workers who while away their days in drudgery reminiscing about the time when they rode free. A few grow up to join motorcycle gangs, which are clubs for men who still love their bikes and like to cosplay on weekends. Adult motorcycle gangs in japan are rarely menacing, so far as I know. These two guys in rider’s jackets were very friendly. They held their glasses up for a toast and smiled above the 666 decals emblazoned on their chests.
