Clever clever crows

Crows are clever birds. I saw a video on Facebook a few days ago of a crow fishing. It used some sort of bait to lure the fish to the surface It tried two or three times. When the fish it wanted finally came close, it snatched it out of the water. My friend Mina had a crow. She called him Dusty. She nursed him back to health after he had sustained some sort of injury, I think. From the stories she told, he was a colorful character who was full of mischief. She also said he was vindictive. Apparently, he pooped on her shoulder once out of spite. In the book Don Juan by Carlos Castaneda, Carlos went on a mystical journey in which he astral traveled inside a crow. It is one of my favorite scenes in the book. For all these reasons I think crows are amazing birds.
